I got back from a 2-week clinical rotation in Lanai last weekend. With the crappy weather along with a gazillion school work I had to catch up with, I finally had time to go on a last minute mini sunset hike with my buddy Ben. I just woke up from a nap and it was already 5PM so I chose Mariner’s Ridge. This hike is short. It took us about 1 hour total with non-stop medium pace. It has one of the nicest view of the island. At the peak , you have a clear view of Hawaii Kai and Waimanalo.
After all the rain, Kokohead is really lush and green
A beautiful view of Waimanalo and Lanikai beach
